“My name is Dustin Carnish and I am the Owner/founder of DC Strength Ohio. As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a Sports Performance Coach through the USA Weightlifting assocation, it is my goal is to help athletes reach their full potential. Using personal, multi-sport athletic background in conjunction with proven programming and training methods, we enhance athletic performance from youth through the collegiate level."

“My name is Patrick Hagenbaugh. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition from Ohio State and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University.

In addition to working as a strength coach at DCSO, I am a group fitness instructor at RiPT Fitness in Bainbridge. In my free time, I enjoy weight training and working out as well as watching and participating in any and all sports (especially soccer). I love working in the health and fitness field because I believe there's nothing more rewarding than seeing those that you train and motivate reaching their goals and achieveing the success that they hadn't experienced before."
